Our client in Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking an RD&A Technician to join the Research, Development and Application team. The role supports innovative food testing methods, with responsibilities including executing testing methods, instrument operation, sample management, and data reporting.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Food Science or Chemistry and bring some lab experience, strong organization, and teamwork to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associates degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
• Some lab experience preferred.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and ask questions when unclear.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute chemical and physical food testing methods to support RD&A teams.
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments.
• Prepare chemicals, buffers, and food materials safely.
• Use software to run calculations and report data.
• Organize and manage a high volume of samples.
