Job summary

Rentokil is seeking Innovation/Utility specialists to perform pest control, insulation installation, and light construction tasks. You will engage residential and commercial clients, inspect sites, install systems, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in pest control services for residential and commercial clients is preferred.
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform inspections, install and maintain pest control systems, and explain services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections to identify pest activity and perform pest control services.
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site preparations and cleanup.
• Assist with light construction or repairs related to pest damage.
• Communicate with customers to explain services and provide pest-control guidance.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal while following safety protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training.
