Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics physician to manage a diverse patient panel in a full-time role. You'll provide in-office and testing center care, conduct tele-health visits, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds with dynamic in-person and virtual teams.

Board-eligible or board-certified candidates with Texas license will join a collaborative, learning-focused practice, with opportunities to supervise NP/PA colleagues and engage in in-office

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care seeing all ages (0+)
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
• State licensed in Texas, obtained before start date

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as tele-health visits
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
