Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX seeks a Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics physician to join our primary care team in a full-time capacity. You will manage a patient panel, conduct acute and chronic visits, and perform occasional telehealth visits in a patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with in-office and virtual teams, ongoing learning through Clinical Rounds, and using technology to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
• Practiced in outpatient primary care for at least 2 of the last 5 years, seeing all ages.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or board eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year.
• State license in Texas obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures when appropriate.
• Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
