• Valid teaching certification for middle and high school content area.
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and/or direct subject-area teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans aligned to state standards and network requirements.
• Coordinate lesson plans with peers to reinforce topics across grades.
• Provide direct and indirect instruction and assess student progress.
• Plan long- and short-term to meet individual student needs.
• Prepare students for required assessments.
• Establish an engaging and innovative learning environment.
• Participate in feedback and coaching from administrators.
• Report to the Principal and support advisory roles.
