Becton, Dickinson and Company in USA (Branchburg, NJ) is seeking a Combination Product Test Engineer to execute testing per project scope, handle sample intake, data review, and report generation using standard lab methods and tools.

The role requires a high school diploma with 2 years of lab experience or an Associate's degree preferred, and knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, JMP, and MiniTab. Collaboration and adherence to quality systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of combination of education and experience in laboratory services, medical device, IVD and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience in lab environment.
• Knowledge of GLP, cGMPs, ISO and ASTM methodologies is preferred.
• Technical written/oral communication skills with working knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Conducts timely sample intake, including receipt, proper identification, storage and return shipments as needed.
• Conducts testing as assigned utilizing appropriate test methods, protocols specifications and equipment including adherence to test schedules.
• Conducts data analysis as per protocol or specifications utilizing data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, JMP, MiniTab).
• Communicates challenges, scheduling or testing conflicts to management in a timely manner.
• Maintains inventory of lab supplies and chemicals used for routine testing and cleaning.
• Performs routine sample disposition and coordination of hazardous waste disposal.
• Maintains lab and storage areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Adheres to Quality Systems and documents events as required.
• Follows SOPs and contributes to improvements.
• Reviews and may draft lab documents under supervision.
• Reviews test results and draft reports.
• Interacts with clients to provide updates and technical overviews.
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and management.
