Job summary

PowerPusher®, a division of TC Nu-Star Inc., is seeking a motivated Assembler to join our production team in Shakopee, Minnesota. This is a full-time, first-shift role offering a pay range of $24–$28 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.

We design and manufacture material-handling equipment used by world-leading companies. You will assemble, build sub-assemblies, inspect quality, and assist with inventory in a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Experience in an assembly, mechanical, or light industrial environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment using work instructions, assembly prints, and specialized tools.
• Build and sub-assemble components used in larger production units.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete daily assembly tasks.
• Inspect products and perform quality checks to ensure equipment functions properly.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy by restocking parts and communicating shortages.
• Maintain records and documentation related to production activities.
• Work closely with teammates to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality products.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed to move materials and equipment.
