Job summary

Remedy Intelligent Staffing in Winona, MN is seeking an assembler to join the team on a day shift (6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday). You will perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks, wiring motors and control panels for industrial equipment, and prepare packaging for shipment.

The role offers a pay rate of $17.00-$22.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and weekly pay. Prior experience with lifting up to 50 lbs and basic math skills are advantageous.

• Assemble and wire electrical motors, reducers, control panel systems for industrial equipment.
• Assemble skids and crates used for shipping, moving, and storing product.
• Plans and builds/assembles the most effective crating method for new or custom products.
• Builds and prepares bracing and other support needed for safe transportation via transport truck.

In this role, you'll perform a variety of mechanical and electrical assembly tasks to help create high-quality lifting and pulling equipment used around the world.

Day Shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday

Pay: $17.00-$22.00/hr, based on experience
