Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with focus on analog/RF design.
• Completed analog layout coursework with good techniques (Common Centroid, Interdigitated).
• Software experience listed: Cadence Virtuoso, PVS, Assembler and Explorer.
• Exposure to ADS, AWR, FEM, HFSS, Momentum, Python, Matlab.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design of LNA, switch, DSA, SOI analog blocks and RF modules.
• Meet performance requirements while considering size, cost, footprint and schedule.
• Produce designs with challenging specifications and perform trade studies.
• Adapt to new customer requirements for ruggedness, ESD and quality.
• Work with the team on schematics, simulations, and lab data.
• Use test equipment to compare simulations with lab results.
• Maintain a weekly progress and performance log.
