Qualifications

• Pursuing BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Exposure to semiconductor theory is preferred.
• Analog/RF circuit coursework or experience is highly desired.
• Exposure to DC and RF measurement equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist Product Engineering with data analysis and reporting of product performance.
• Perform wafer and packaged level yield analysis evaluations.
• Provide yield plans to meet targets and drive improvements.
• Assist with problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
• Conduct data analysis/mining using statistical methods and related software.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain product history and documentation.
• Develop test plans for prototype and production electrical testing.
• Collaborate with Design, Fab, Test, Applications, Product Management, and Quality teams.
• Learn semiconductor testing development and assist test development activities.
