Qualifications

• Proven classroom experience with children in grades 3–5 and knowledge of childhood development.

• Knowledge of learning technology integration and educational software.
• Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, proofreading and clear instructional writing.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles and special needs.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or in early intervention settings is preferred.
• Strong communication for collaboration with students, parents, staff, and administration.
• Familiarity with educational compliance regulations and standardized testing procedures.
