• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and valid teaching certification as appropriate.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of successful teaching experience, including student teaching or internship.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and school information systems; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop lesson plans aligned with established guidelines and state standards.
• Establish rapport with students, staff, and parents to support student learning.
• Implement instructional strategies and assessment methods to monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate student records and participate in curriculum planning.
• Coordinate classroom activities and field trips as needed, and prepare students for state assessments.
