Job summary

Rentokil is seeking an Innovation/Utility specialist to perform pest control, TAP insulation installation, and light construction tasks for residential and commercial clients. You will inspect properties, install exclusion traps, and ensure safety procedures are followed while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires physical work, driving and weekend availability, with benefits starting day one for full-time colleagues, and opportunities for growth within the Rentokil family.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties to identify pests and perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients
• Install TAP insulation and manage job-site setup and cleanup to ensure quality service
• Assist with light construction and repairs related to pest damage
• Communicate with customers to explain services and provide pest-control guidance
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, building exclusion traps and following safety protocols
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing training
