Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Minimum 5+ years supervisory experience
• Experience with SBA programs and AZSBDC/Arizona network guidelines

Responsibilities

• Leads development and delivery of SBDC counseling, seminars, and workshops.
• Advises small business owners and entrepreneurs in line with SBA guidelines.
• Oversees daily Center operations and staff to meet program objectives.
• Liaises with PCC, state, and federal partners to improve the business climate.
• Prepares budget and funding requests, monitors SBA/AZSBDC compliance.
• Drives strategic initiatives, reporting, and performance against AZSBDC goals
