Momentous in Park City is seeking an Innovation Specialist to support new product development. You will work with the Sr. Product Manager and science team to track stage-gate milestones, coordinate cross-functional tasks, manage packaging revisions, and prepare supplier timelines.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable with ambiguity, with 2–4 years of project management experience in CPG or nutraceuticals, and proficiency with Asana, Monday, and Notion.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, nutrition, life sciences, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, product operations, supply chain coordination, or similar.
• Experience managing multiple projects, tracking milestones and risks, with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Notion or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain stage-gate tracker across active NPD and renovation projects.
• Manage new and revised product packaging from ideation through execution.
• Coordinate gate reviews and cross-functional briefings; capture decisions and actions.
• Identify pipeline risks including supplier timelines and regulatory sign-offs.
• Prepare ELT briefings and project updates translating complex work into clear summaries.
• Maintain master NPD calendar across milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
