Job summary

Lubrizol Life Science (LLS) Beauty and Home seeks a Project Manager in Brecksville, OH to lead top-priority innovation projects. You’ll plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects, coordinating with business and technical leaders to drive sustainable solutions for mobility, wellbeing, and modern life.

The role requires 5+ years of project leadership in a matrix environment, PMP knowledge is a plus, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Bachelor's in Sciences degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in project leadership for large complex projects.
• Experience working within a matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles; PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage top priority innovation projects.
• Define project scope, schedule and budget with leadership.
• Drive risk management and contingency planning.
• Coach and develop cross-functional project teams.
