The role focuses on identifying pain points, translating them into actionable opportunities, and developing repeatable frameworks to scale innovations across the Air Force enterprise, working directly with senior leaders to deliver analytical products.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Secret clearance required.
• Experience with DoD DoD headquarters-level initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Support DoD innovation, transformation, and integration initiatives.
• Conduct business process analysis, mapping, and improvement activities.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and develop executive-level briefings and reports.
• Develop objectives, milestones, metrics, and implementation plans for strategic initiatives.
