Qualifications

• PhD + 2 years, Master’s + 5 years, or Bachelor's + 10 years in process optimization or a quantitative field.
• Strong background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Expertise in process mapping, workflow design, simulation, automation tools, and data visualization.

Responsibilities
