• MA Educator’s Licensure required in Engineering/Technology and/or Science/Biology.
• Experience in education, career readiness, workforce development, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and manage collaborative partnerships.
• Strong organizational, communication, project-management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, educators, employers, postsecondary institutions, and community organizations.
• Commitment to equity, access, and college and career readiness for all students.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses aligned with the Innovation Career Pathway and Massachusetts curriculum and program expectations.
• Design, develop, implement, and evaluate innovative career pathways aligned with student interests and regional workforce needs.
• Identify emerging career fields and develop programs that prepare students for high-demand industries.
• Coordinate pathway development across academic, technical, and career-focused programs.
• Support the integration of rigorous academics with career-connected learning.
