Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Innovation Operations Manager, Account Integrity & Security, to remotely drive the operational backbone of risk and security programs. You will investigate complex patterns, translate findings into practical improvements, and partner with product, data, and operations teams to strengthen controls and scalable decision-making.

You will also develop training and documentation from insights, elevating execution standards and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fraud prevention, risk management, or Trust & Safety investigations in ecommerce or fintech
• Ability to lead cross-functional investigations across multiple fraud surfaces
• Advanced SQL and data visualization (Looker or Tableau) for large datasets
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to translate findings into scalable improvements
• Proactive ownership in ambiguous environments with actionable planning

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Innovation Operations Manager, Account Integrity & Security to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will help drive the operational backbone of account integrity and security efforts, with a focus on investigating complex risk patterns and translating findings into practical improvements. The position partners closely with product, data, and operations teams to strengthen controls, improve tooling, and support scalable decision-making. You will also play a key role in turning insights into training, documentation, and cross-functional alignment that raise the overall standard of execution.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $116,000 - $175,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional investigations by proactively identifying and framing issues
• Shape models, tooling, and product strategy by influencing ML strategy and defining control requirements
• Drive cross-functional alignment and communication by distilling complex topics for non-experts
• Elevate operational excellence by turning investigation learnings into documentation and training
• Mentor and support others by providing actionable feedback and leading project workstreams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or Trust & Safety investigations within e-commerce or fintech environments
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional investigations across multiple fraud surfaces
• Advanced SQL and data visualization skills, including Looker or Tableau, for analyzing large datasets
