You will lead content creation, identify speaking opportunities, manage media relationships, and collaborate with legal, engineering and government affairs to advance a customer-driven narrative.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to craft executive-level content.
• Experience developing public affairs and media strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels.
• Experience in crisis communications or issues management; ability to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop a public affairs plan aligned to the corporate narrative and innovation storytelling.
• Identify speaking and thought leadership opportunities and prepare briefing materials for executives.
• Lead development of awards submissions highlighting IP, patents and innovation pipelines.
• Identify media, influencers and stakeholders to amplify innovation stories.
• Draft proactive and reactive statements and media materials as needed.
• Serve as a general media contact and support events and engagements.
• Collaborate with enterprise media team to integrate innovation narratives across channels.
• Measure results and compare with competitors.
