Perella Weinberg Partners seeks an Innovation Associate to run and build the firm's AI program in partnership with Corporate stakeholders. This hands-on operator will own adoption reporting, training materials, vendor follow-through, pilot logistics and platform administration, with growth into a proprietary toolset.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter in a dynamic environment, no engineering background required, familiar with Microsoft 365, AI models, connectors, and a strong focus on data

Qualifikationen

• At least four years of experience in a corporate setting with cross-functional exposure.
• Builder mindset: prototyping, shipping, and iterating.
• Fluency across the full AI tool stack and dashboards.
• Strong analytical skills and clear writing.
• A fast learner and very curious with the ability to ask questions.

Aufgaben

• Reporting: Produce recurring adoption and usage reporting for leadership.
• Training and onboarding materials: Maintain the Workday onboarding journey, guides, and session materials.
• Keeping things moving: Push contracts, vendor items, and assist platform administration.
• Pilot logistics: Schedule, test groups, feedback, and follow-through.
• First-pass skill development: Draft and self-test new skills, with Head of Innovation approval.
• Corporate up-skilling: Own AI up-skilling for Corporate teams.
• Workflow redesign: Identify bottlenecks and help rebuild processes with AI.
• Ad hoc data clean-up: Multi-step data clean-ups across stakeholders.
• Ad hoc operational support: Support other AI-related priorities.
