Responsibilities

• Learn the process you are improving hands-on until you understand it better than anyone.
• Identify and address root causes using structured methods like the 5 Whys.
• Design practical AI-enabled solutions and get hands dirty building them.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, goals, timelines.
• Allocate and manage project resources, including personnel and budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope changes while keeping stakeholders aligned.
• Ensure deliverables meet standards and actually solve the problem.
