The role coordinates technology evaluation requests, gathers business and technical requirements, and facilitates collaboration among engineers, stakeholders, and innovation teams. You will manage requests from intake to close-out, conduct discovery sessions, and help assess business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in business systems analysis and technology project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira; familiarity with Agile/Scrum.

Responsabilités

• This role supports the operations of an Innovation Lab by coordinating technology evaluation requests, gathering business and technical requirements, and facilitating collaboration between innovation teams, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Manage Innovation Lab requests from intake through close-out, serving as the primary contact for teams submitting technology requests.
• Conduct consultations and discovery sessions to gather requirements, understand business objectives, identify use cases, and assess business value.
• Partner with engineers and technical teams to evaluate feasibility and coordinate onboarding and delivery.
• Coordinate approval activities and track requests throughout the innovation lifecycle with timely updates.
• Maintain documentation using Confluence and other approved tools and ensure adherence to Lab policies.
• Participate in testing, release coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support Agile/Scrum activities, including sprint planning, backlog management, and coordination of deliverables.
• Assist with monthly operational reporting, metrics collection, and management reporting.
