Job summary

Kennesaw State University is seeking an Instructional Technology and Innovation Lab Manager for Bagwell College of Education. You will design and deliver professional learning, coach faculty, and lead the Innovation Lab to support technology-enhanced teaching across programs.

Responsibilities include developing TIAs, coordinating curriculum, mentoring student assistants, and partnering with faculty to advance online and blended learning through innovative practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Technology or closely related field.
• Five years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers professional learning for faculty in the effective integration of technology.
• Collaborates with faculty and students in the integration of instructional technologies and innovative teaching and learning practices.
• Serves as a technology coach for faculty in designing and delivering technology-enhanced, face-to-face, and blended instruction.
• Models and facilitates the use of learner-centered strategies and innovative pedagogies when planning technology-enhanced learning with faculty.
• Offers support and guidance to faculty creating and updating face-to-face and blended learning.
• Collaborates with faculty to develop curriculum materials and plan technology-enhanced lessons.
• Develops Technology Innovation Activities for undergrad and grad programs online and face-to-face.
• Works with the Instructional Designer to support faculty with blended and online learning.
• Designs the setup of the Innovation Lab to meet diverse visiting groups' needs.
