Job summary

Kennesaw State University’s Bagwell College of Education, School of Instructional Technology, seeks an Instructional Technology and Innovation Lab Manager to design, develop, and deliver professional learning for faculty.

You will collaborate with faculty, students, and external partners to integrate instructional technologies and innovative teaching practices, and serve as a technology coach for one‑on‑one and group coaching in face‑to‑face and blended instruction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Instructional Technology or closely related field.
• Five years of experience related to the position.
• Preferred: technology-related certifications and familiarity with maker-based education and design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers professional learning for faculty in technology integration.
• Collaborates with faculty and students on instructional technologies and innovative teaching practices.
• Provides technology coaching for faculty in face-to-face and blended instruction.
• Models learner-centered strategies and innovative pedagogies for technology-enhanced learning.
• Manages the Innovation Lab curriculum, equipment, and Maker Closet.
• Mentors student assistants and coordinates vendor relations and donations.
