Woodland Gourmet seeks a Culinary Assistant to help maintain the Innovation Center in pristine condition and support chefs during demonstrations and customer visits. The role focuses on cleanliness, organization and readiness to showcase products to guests.

You will assist with mise en place, ingredient gathering, and basic production tasks while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• English and/or bilingual communication preferred.
• Clear and respectful communication with chefs, coworkers, leaders, customers and guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, clean environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain Innovation Center in a clean, orderly, professional and customer-ready condition.
• Support culinary team with food preparation, mise en place and ingredient gathering.
• Assist with in-house blend evaluations, product testing and scaling of ingredients.
• Prepare the Center for customer visits, tastings, tours and events, including room setup and breakdown.
• Remain attentive and professional during guest visits and ensure smooth service.
• Reset kitchens and presentation areas after meetings or events.
