Penn State’s Office of Entrepreneurship seeks a highly organized Research Operations Specialist to support operational, financial, and project management needs for the Eric J. Barron Innovation Hub.

This hybrid role reports to the Director of Administration, collaborating across departments to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Two levels are possible: Advanced Professional or Senior Professional, with responsibilities spanning budgets, procurement, and program administration.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and data analysis.
• Experience with budgets, financial information, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze financial and operational tracking tools.
