Job summary

The Innovation Hub at Middlebury College is hiring a student intern for spring and fall 2026. This position will support staff on a variety of projects and may take on independent initiatives, contributing to programming across cohorts and experiential learning.

This level B student wage is $14.95 per hour. Core duties include designing and planning programs, coordinating with students, creating social media content, and helping maintain the Hub's website.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a student for Spring/Fall 2026 term.
• Strong organizational and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and take ownership of projects.
• Experience with social media or graphic design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Innovation Hub staff with program design and planning throughout the academic year.
• Support communication with students participating in Innovation Hub programming.
• Design and publish social media content and maintain the Innovation Hub website as needed.
• Support Hub and partnership initiatives.
