Qualifications

• Leadership experience in driving digital transformation and innovation.
• Experience with AI tools, ERP systems, and data analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the Technology Vision & Roadmap with executive alignment.
• Innovate, pilot & scale AI, low-code/no-code platforms, and disruptive tools.
• Architect core platforms for agility, including ERP/Power BI consolidation.
• Design end-to-end automation using Power Automate and AI bots.
• Develop governance, KPIs, and real-time Power BI dashboards for decision making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams globally to execute tech initiatives.
• Oversee project funding, risk assessment, and portfolio prioritization.
• Embed security, privacy, and compliance in all digital initiatives.
• Mentor and grow a high-performance IT team.
• Stay ahead with market trends and strategic tech partnerships.
