Job summary

Maryland Department of Human Services seeks a data analyst to support the Baltimore City Department of Social Services by delivering data-driven reports from CJAMS and Workday. You will interpret LJ Consent Decree mandates and help improve services for families and children.

Collaborating across agency units, you will ensure timely reporting and contribute to process improvements in an on-site setting to drive better outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in human services program administration or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations.
• Graduate level education in a human services related field can substitute up to six years of the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate and analyze reports from CJAMS and Workday to produce performance and compliance metrics.
• Evaluate data to improve service outcomes and ensure LJ Consent Decree reporting.
• Collaborate across agency units to define report requirements and data needs.
• Research and propose process improvements as directed by leadership.
