The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in legal practice or technology adoption and an active bar membership. The role involves designing best practice playbooks, organizing presentations, and collaborating effectively for technology adoption success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of applicable experience in legal practice or technology adoption.
• Active bar membership or registered in-house counsel status.
• Experience in cross-functional projects involving legal technology teams.
• Understanding of large law firm financial and work allocation processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide attorney-level input on legal technology adoption initiatives.
• Design and prepare playbooks for best practices in innovation technologies.
• Organize presentations, status reports, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with leadership on initiative prioritization processes.
• Develop objectives and success metrics for technology adoption initiatives.
• Analyze practice group workflows to identify improvement areas.
• Drive legal technology pilots and continuous improvements.
• Develop communication campaigns and change measurement processes.
• Maintain practice group-specific resources and automate efforts.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
