Doosan Bobcat NA US is offering a spring 2027 Innovation Accelerated Student Experience for undergraduates in West Fargo, ND. The program includes Co-op (8 months, full-time) or Internship (4 months, part-time) across 18 functions, with opportunities to work on ideation, prototyping, and innovation events.

Participants gain hands-on experience, collaborate with skilled professionals at a global company, and have access to student-specific events, tuition reimbursement, safety gear

Qualifications

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing seeking a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Attention to detail required for project work and documentation.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Team player with fast learning ability and adaptability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Self-starter who can work with limited guidance.
• Commitment to Doosan Bobcat for the full term (8 months) or 4 months.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, facilitating, and documenting ideation events.
• Assist with mock ups, tear down, and prototype build activities.
• Assist with preparing and executing innovation accelerated events.
• Research and implement the latest innovation theories and practices.
