ESPN, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company, is seeking an Analyst for Business Development & Innovation in New York. The role supports identifying and evaluating new project opportunities across corporate strategy, technology, content and marketing, product, production and programming.

The successful candidate will manage multiple initiatives, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and help track KPIs while delivering executive-ready updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in analytical, financial, technology, project management consulting, marketing, or business development roles.
• Familiarity with the media distribution landscape and current trends in the media industry.
• Strong written, verbal, and quantitative skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to support strategic problem solving and translate high level objectives into actionable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support project management across multiple initiatives, from ideation to post-launch evaluation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners to align execution and timelines.
• Document roles, responsibilities, and workflows for efficient collaboration across teams.
