Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Banking or fintech industry experience highly preferred.
• Experience documenting business, functional, technical, and compliance-related requirements.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience mapping and redesigning workflows.
• Familiarity with payments, digital banking, AI, and automation trends.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs and strategic priorities into clear requirements, project plans, timelines, and implementation steps
• Analyze current-state workflows, systems, and data flows to identify opportunities for process redesign and automation
• Lead or support pilot programs, including scoping, requirements gathering, testing, and post-pilot evaluation
• Evaluate AI, automation, API, and fintech integration opportunities that reduce friction and improve workflows
• Support vendor and technology assessments covering business fit, integration, risk, compliance, and operational impact
• Coordinate across business lines, operations, IT, risk, compliance, and external vendors to move initiatives from concept to implementation
