Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Client is looking for a motivated Business Analyst passionate about new technology, tools, and innovative solutions. You will join the client's innovation lab, building solutions and POCs for new projects and ideas approved for pursuit in their next-generation products and platforms. Details are as follows:

Innovation Business Analyst:

Must haves:

• 3-5 years experience as a technical business analyst
• Proficiency with Power Platform – PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse
• Strong technical experience with Power Platform tools and offerings
• Extensive Microsoft tools/technology background
• Experience gathering requirements and building solutions, POCs, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and SQL

Pluses:

• Experience working in an innovation lab
• Knowledge of logistics/supply chain industry

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Remote position joining the enterprise architecture/innovation lab team to execute and engineer solutions and POCs prioritized within the lab.
• Evaluate new project intakes, partner with the product manager to determine viability, research opportunities, gather requirements, and leverage tools to design solutions.
• Review current projects for optimization and best practices.
• Manage the innovation lab pipeline, follow up on ongoing projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure ROI for each opportunity.
