Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as an attorney in a large law firm.
• Experience managing projects or process improvement initiatives, coordinating workstreams and delivering results on deadline.
• Familiarity with legal technology, generative AI, and practicing in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives that improve the delivery of legal services through process optimization, workflow design, technology enablement, and operational best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and client value by evaluating workflows and service delivery models.
• Partner with attorneys and practice teams to develop and implement improved processes, tools, and solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor on practice innovation, legal technology, and service delivery strategies.
• Design tools and dashboards to provide clients with visibility into matter metrics and insights.
• Capture and leverage data to improve future service delivery and client value.
• Support collaboration solutions for clients and external partners.
• Promote technology-enabled or innovation-focused solutions as part of the firm’s client value proposition.
