Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC is seeking an Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide comprehensive mental health care within a correctional facility. The LCSW will assess, plan, and deliver individualized treatment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety, well-being, and rehabilitation of inmates/patients.

This is a full-time role with regional NJ assignments. Responsibilities include conducting intakes, crisis interventions, individual and group counseling, treatment

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW or equivalent in the state where services are provided.
• Sex offender experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health intakes, assessments, and crisis interventions.
• Provide individual and group counseling tailored to inmate/patient needs.
• Analyze psychosocial and behavioral factors to inform treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, treatment documentation, and discharge summaries.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions addressing identified treatment issues.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment and ensure compliance with policies.
