Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's Degree in IT or related field and 4,000 hours of verifiable IT-related work in the last 7 years.
• Alternatively, hold a State/ national license or certification for IT plus 4,000 hours of relevant experience.
• Or have a Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field with 2,000 hours of verifiable IT work in the last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor inmate students to promote academic performance.
• Assess inmate needs to develop short and long-term goals.
• Develop and implement competency-based teaching aids and materials.
• Lecture on theories, concepts and terminology.
• Administer performance assessments to measure progress and completion requirements.
• Maintain grades, attendance and training activity records.
