Qualifications

• Instruction in Career and Technical Education (Construction) to help inmates gain entry-level skills.
• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess instructional content for diverse learners.
• Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and outcomes while ensuring security.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor inmate students in Construction-CTE.
• Determine educational needs and set short/long-term goals.
• Plan course content and instructional methods.
• Develop and implement teaching aids and materials.
• Lecture on customer service concepts and terminology.
• Administer performance assessments to measure progress and completion.
• Ensure safety and proper handling of equipment and materials.
• Prepare reports and maintain student records and test proctoring duties.
• Observe progress, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
• Oversee Computer Based Testing lab and test security.
