Job summary

State of Georgia seeks a Computer Information Systems Instructor for Wiregrass Georgia Technical College. The role involves teaching CIS courses across Ben Hill-Irwin, Coffee, and online campus sites, with emphasis on proper testing, grading, and record-keeping.

A Master’s in CIS (or related field) and at least 3 years in-field experience are required. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are essential to support student success and program quality across the campus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Information Systems or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Three (3) years in-field experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in Computer Information Systems.
• Utilize appropriate teaching techniques and course syllabi.
• Perform grading and testing with accurate maintenance of grade books and records.
• Maintain documentation related to assigned courses and inventory of property.
