Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in case management preferred; relevant criminal justice or case management background may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
• Must communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum age: 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the intake process by collecting, organizing, and analyzing information about individuals.
• Provide direct casework services for social involvement, health needs, and community life to inmates/residents.
• Prepare and collaborate on reports and develop case presentations for assigned inmates/residents.
• Coordinate programming, resources, and services for social development and transition or release.
• Serve as the point of contact in the absence of the Unit Manager.
