Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand 8 hours, and bend, carry, pull, and reach frequently.
• Read drawings and use measuring tools accurately.
• Experience in thermoforming or manufacturing preferred.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Trade school education in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain thermoforming machinery.
• Run inline thermoforming with focus on quality and output.
• Inspect parts to meet specifications.
• Prepare and maintain QCS reports.
• Drive process improvement and support ISO processes.
• Provide technical training for thermoformers and CNC Router teams.
• Support initial proto/pilot runs.
• Manage machine setup sheets and recipes.
