Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group in Florida is seeking an Inland Marine Underwriting Specialist to grow and manage a profitable Inland Marine portfolio. You will evaluate, select, price, and service Inland Marine risks while maintaining strong agency relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

This position can be based at the home office in Sarasota, FL or any regional office and offers a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inland Marine underwriting and portfolio management.
• Ability to evaluate, select, price and service Inland Marine risks.
• Strong agency relationships and customer service focus.

We are currently seeking an Inland Marine Underwriting Specialist to grow and manage a profitable portfolio of Inland Marine business through independent and National Agency partners. The underwriter will evaluate, select, price, and service Inland Marine risks while maintaining strong agency relationships and delivering excellent customer service. This position partners closely with agents, distribution leaders, Inland Marine Director, Risk Control, Claims, and Product Management teams to achieve underwriting profitability, growth objectives, and strategic initiatives.

This position can be located to work from our home office in Sarasota, FL or any of our regional offices and is eligible for a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days from home.

The salary range for this position is $102,357-$157,629 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
