Job summary

Care Partners is seeking Personal Care Attendants to provide compassionate at-home care to clients, helping with daily tasks and maintaining dignity and comfort. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and strong communication with clients and families.

Qualifications

• Reliable and empathetic caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in hands-on personal care or willingness to learn.
• Passion for working with elderly and disabled individuals.
• Ability to work independently while being a team member.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (showering, bathing, toileting, dressing, hygiene).
• Support client transfers using gait belts or hoyer lifts when needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation, shopping, medication reminders, pet care.
