Position Title:

3rd shift In-Plant Ink Technician

Pay Rate:

$52,100-$69,500

Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills, and abilities, will determine the final placement within the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional financial rewards.

Category/Shift:

Salaried, full-time, non-exempt, rotating schedule:

• Week 1: 7 pm – 7 am – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: 7 pm – 7 am – Wednesday & Thursday
• Week 3: 7 pm – 7 am – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 4: 7 pm – 7 am – Wednesday & Thursday

The Job You Will Perform:

• Color matches and re-matches
• Manufacture ink batches for print jobs
• Press-side technical assistance
• Maintain customer ink inventory
• File ink usage reports
• Attend production and customer meetings as required
• Support technical issues such as ink training, improvements, and cost reductions
