Job Purpose

Responsible for setting up, training, and operating Flexographic printing equipment according to written and/or verbal instructions, established company procedures, safety, and quality guidelines.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Develop & set-up UV Flexographic Printing and Converting Roll Label Processes.
2. Work with Flexible Printing Plates and Die Cutting Tooling.
3. Operate with a variety of printing films and laminates.
4. Process non-printed roll materials requiring die cutting and weeding for converted product requirements.
5. Perform ink mixing and color verification.
6. Assist with equipment preventive maintenance (PM).
7. Adhere to and maintain TASUS safety policies and practices.
8. Actively engage in 5S and TPS principles in daily work.

Qualifications

• Prefer a minimum of three to five years of flexographic printing experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Capable of setting up prototype and production processes following industry and TASUS safety guidelines.
• Team player capable of collaborating with other team members and departments for continuous improvement and COQ activities.
