Job summary

Flint Group in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Production Operator to join our safety-first team. You will handle raw materials, run ink batch production, re-pack materials, and help maintain accurate inventory under the supervision of the Production Supervisor.

This role emphasizes hands-on manufacturing tasks, attention to safety, and the ability to follow SOPs, communicate clearly, and operate equipment such as mixers, pumps, filters, and forklifts when required.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment physical and drug screen is required.
• Basic math and mechanical aptitude necessary for batch tasks.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, orally and in writing.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Produce inks and intermediates following SOPs.
• Locate and verify materials on production orders.
• Operate mixers, pumps, filters, forklifts and related equipment.
• Handle chemicals and waste following safety protocols.
• Batch processes: change materials, monitor data, load/unload, clean.
• Package products and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Support team objectives and related duties as needed.
