Job summary

Sun Chemical in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Chemical Production Operator to help manufacture inks and pigment products. You will become proficient across batch formulations, raw material handling, equipment operation, and quality checks to ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
• Stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs; work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment and move materials for batches.
• Gather materials for batch formulations as scheduled.
• Monitor process equipment, amps and temperatures.
• Read and follow batch sheets and ensure correct weighing.
• Unload batches and store materials properly.
• End-of-day cleanup of department and work areas.
