Job summary

INX International Ink Co. is seeking a Mill/Mixer Operator in Charlotte to manufacture high-quality printing ink. We will train a right candidate to operate a mill and work on TPM activities.

The role involves running batches, packaging, QC liaison, and data recording. Hours are Monday–Friday, 3 pm–11 pm. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 months of related experience, plus basic math and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• 3 months of related work experience.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability to work assigned shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate mill and mix batches according to TPM standards.
• Package finished product and label containers.
• Clean and maintain equipment per TPM standards.
• Record processing times and maintain formulas database.
• Assist with repacks and TPM activities.
• Operate the following: press out unit, pump filter equipment, and forklift.
• Provide ink samples as QC liaison and adjust ink as needed.
• Complete scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot as needed.
